Features of MCA sectional door panels

• Thermal insulation
  The panels are filled with polyurethane foam with excellent insulating properties. At the same thickness, this foam provides twice as much insulation as polystyrene.
• Mechanical durability
  40 mm galvanized steel panels filled with polyurethane foam. When there is a relief (imitation of wood, stucco, etc.), the steel sheet is 0.5 mm thick, and when the panel is smooth, the sheet thickness is 0.7 mm
• Anti-finger pinch mechanism
  The shape of the panels is such that it does not allow you to pinch your fingers when handling the door manually.
• Uniform and durable color
  Thanks to the method of painting, the color is applied uniformly and permanently on the surface of the entire panel.

  The steel from which the panels are made is protected against oxidation thanks to the zinc coating.

The galvanized steel panels are filled with 40 mm. polyurethane foam. When the panels have a relief (imitation of wood, stucco) their steel is 0.5 mm thick, and when they are smooth, the steel is 0.7 mm thick.

The smooth panels can be painted in any RAL color so that the sectional door can be in harmony with the facade of the building.
